Back to Minako and Brock, each one had been handed a chair and had been told to stay sit. Minako started speaking "Well there you have it, they'll be the ones participating in this difficult challenge. Now here comes the interesting part, we're going to tell you the resulting teams!"

Brock said "That's right, now these teams were made randomly, so they may not be balanced in power, but power is not the only thing needed to win this contest, our participants will use all their skills to complete the challenges that await them. Well here are the teams:"

	Yellow Team: Goku (Captain) Izzy Ash Ryoga Freya Jewel: Ruby
	Blue Team: Ranma (Captain) Beruche Mimi Kari Vivi Jewel: Diamond
	Red Team: Tai (Captain) Trunks Makoto Haruka Quina Jewel: Emerald

 

Minako and Brock were with the 3 team captains, Minako interviewed Goku, "Now Goku, why were you chosen as team captain?"

Goku smiled and answered "We drew sticks!"

*sweatdrop* "OK, well that's one way to make a decision. What is going to be your strategy for this challenge."

"We'll try to win!"

"And what a strategy that is! Your turn Brock"

 

Brock was standing next to Ranma Saotome. "So how did you become captain Ranma?"

"Well it wasn't a difficult choice, none of my comrades had any leadership skills"

"And you do?"

"Um..well no, but they don't know that."

"Well, how do you plan to complete the challenge?"

"We need to get as much info as possible, we won't accomplish anything as long as we don't know where to get those badges."

"That's right! Well, back to you Minako!"

 

Minako was next to Tai and Agumon. "Well Tai, how did you become captain?"

Agumon answered "Tai is a natural born leader, he led the digidestined and we defeated the dark masters!"

Tai said "Well yeah, I'm used to being a leader and the rest of the crew didn't have too much of a problem with it so I got the job"

"So what's the plan?"

"Well, as long as Quina doesn't get too hungry my bet is that we'll be safe."

"Um yeah, but about the challenges..."

"As long as we're safe the challenges won't be a problem."

"Right..."
